Online - Use the Update Address Information utility

To log in you will need

• your Birth date

Once you have submitted your student loan application we will email you a full summary of your submission information.

However, after you have submitted your loan application:

• You can only view a summary of your information (via the ‘Check Loan Status’ utility) online.
• You cannot make changes to your application information (eg: change of school or program).

If you need to access or make changes (other than to personal contact details) to your application information, you will need to contact the Student Assistance Office.
